Key2Benefits Prepaid MasterCard Enrollment Begins July 20, 2015

The bank that manages Alaska CSSD’s debit card program is changing. In July, KeyBank will become the provider of our prepaid card services, replacing J.P. Morgan Chase Bank.

Your JPMorgan Chase VISA card will remain active after the change; however, Alaska CSSD will no longer deposit funds to that card after July 20, 2015.

We strongly urge you to draw down any remaining balance on the JPMorgan Chase VISA card, as you cannot transfer funds from the JPMorgan Chase VISA card to the new Key2Benefits prepaid card. If you no longer wish to receive your payments on a prepaid card, you may sign up for direct deposit.

Call 907-269-6900 or complete the online forms at: Direct Deposite Authorization Form.
