Web Based New Hire Reporting Now Available
Employers can now report their new hires directly to CSSD by accessing the myAlaska website.  If you do not have a myAlaska account for your business and need to create one, you may do so at https://myAlaska.state.ak.us by clicking on the “New User” link on the left side of the screen and entering the required information.

By using the web based program you as an employers will save time, resources and costs. No more time consuming faxing, making disks or postal costs.

If your business already has a myAlaska account, you can access the Alaska New Hire Reporting website at https://myAlaska.state.ak.us under “Businesses/Submit Employee Hirings to CSSD”.

Financial Statements Available Online
Case parties are able to view their child support financial statements online.  The first time you access the statements application, you must request a PIN.  Once requested, it will  be sent to you by mail.   After receiving your PIN, login to myAlaska and verify your account with your member number and PIN.  You will then be able to access the reports.   The statements can be viewed from your web browser or a PDF version can be created.  The financial reports can be accessed through myAlaska.

Visa Debit Card
CSSD offers a Free Direct Payment Card (DPC) to custodial parents receiving child support payments.  Future child support payments are loaded automatically to your card.  You can use the debit card to get cash, use it as a Visa credit card or pay your bills online, and you're using your own money. To review an existing debit card account go to => My account. For assistance by phone call JP Morgan/Chase  Customer Service (toll free 866-865-1382).

Important Message
 JP Morgan has placed a “block” for pay at the pump transactions.  As a result, card holders will be required to go inside the service station to complete the transaction.  To read more => Important Message

Atwood Building Visitor Parking
The Linny Pacillo parking garage provides 2-hour visitor parking for Atwood building business only.  After you have concluded your business, you MUST validate your ticket with the security guard at the front desk in the Atwood Building lobby to park for free.

The parking garage is located directly across from the Atwood Building in Anchorage on 7th Avenue.  Entry is on E Street (one way going south starting at 9th avenue).

Child Support Director
John Mallonee was named  the  Director of the Alaska Child Support Services Division on June 16, 2004.  Prior to his appointment, Mr. Mallonee  worked for the division for eleven years and held several different management positions during that period.
