New System Launch: Monday, October 6, 2025

 

CSED is excited to announce the launch of our new case management system!
As a part of this transition, myAlaska will no longer be utilized for child support services.
New access will only be available at childsupport.alaska.gov.

Scheduled Downtime:
5:00 PM on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, through 8:00 AM on Monday, October 6, 2025 (AKDT) During this time:
  • Case access and payment information will not be accessible
  • Online payment services and KIDSLINE (907-269-6900) will be unavailable
  • Child support disbursements (electronic payments and mailed checks) will be delayed by approximately three business days

    Call Center Hours

     

    Our call center hours are changing.  Starting Monday, February 6th our new hours are 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.

    Financial information is still available on the KIDS Line. To obtain your caseworker’s email information please visit us online at www.childsupport.alaska.gov  and choose the “contact my case worker’ option. Thank you.
