Verification Information

You can obtain and verify your client’s financial child support case information online, saving you and your client time and effort by accessing the information you need right away.

To get started, email our Customer Service Center at dor.cssd.customerservice.anchorage@alaska.gov with the following information:

◾Company Name
◾Main point of contact: First name and Last name
◾Email address
◾Agency Name
◾Agency Address
◾Agency point of contact phone number

Upon receipt, we will set things up on our end and contact you with a password. This password is needed to create your company/agency MyAlaska account

1. Go to myAlaska https://my.alaska.gov and click “register for a myAlaska account”.
2. Create a myAlaska Account for your company/agency. Choose a username and password that is generic to your business. (Remember this is a business account and should not be connected with your personal MyAlaska account or information)
3. Once your account is created, you can access information by going to “Services” and then “Child Support Statements”.
